So, I'm deep in the heart of Texas last week and I wind up in Lockhart (where else) for some real deal BBQ. I went to Black's for lunch and as I'm getting my second helping I start talking to the nice lady behind the counter. I tell her that I'm from NYC and wish I could get some 'o this fine cue back home. She says you can, we ship brisket to the Rodeo bar twice a week.
Has anyone tried the brisket at Rodeo bar and if so, how is it? If it's anything like Black's I'm going NOW.
