Three of us dropped in on one of our favorite beach hang type sea fare establishments on Friday, Rock'N Fish in Manhattan Beach. Two of us had the abundant Shrimp and Crab Louie for $16.95 each and one had the excellent steamers for $14.95 with a nice spicy broth and andouille sausage. A nice Trimbach Pinot Blanc paired it nicely for $8.50. Homemade lemonade for the rest of us. And, damn, wasn't that Michael Cimmerusti in chef's whites consulting for the kithen, while waiting for his own Providence to open? Says a lot about the chef and the establishment.
