Rockin' good Haitian in Pembroke Pines

Had a really great lunch at this place, and I've never heard of it before. Pines Cafe-6813 Pembroke Rd./Pembroke Pines. It's a simple storefront cafe, and the food is awesome. Had chicken in sauce with rice/beans mix, legume, which is eggplant, beef, and (I think) a pigs foot stewed to softeness and acra-blackeye pea fritters (3 for a dollar).

The menu is printed on a blackboard, and I think everything is fresh each day. There was also "bouillon tete de cabrit" (goats head soup), and some other diners had snapper in sauce.

The place is not as aesthetically pleasing as Tap Tap, but the food is better, IMHO, and it's about half the price.
