I saw a couple Rochester, MN threads on here, and nobody mentioned the true gold in Rochester. Someone asked for inexpensive, good eats, any cuisine. Surprisingly one of the true gems in the city is a BAR-B-QUE restaurant. John Hardy's to be exact. It can be a little inconsistent, but the sauce is better than just about anything you've ever had the pleasure of tasting (although it was better when the owner was still alive). It's about 5 bucks a plate, and you get far more than a human should eat in one sitting.
