Help roasting green chiles

Roasting Smoking Hatch Chile Pepper

I've slow roasted my Hatch green chile in the Big Chief smoker, they are nicely roasted but they still have the skin on. Is it too late to torch the chile in order to remove the skins in plastic?

Go for it! But you don't need to use plastic - you can throw them into a glass or SS bowl and slap a sheet pan on top. Anything that will steam them a bit will work. I'm kind of anti-plastic for hot foods.
