I'm making a sort of early Thanksgiving dinner for some friends tomorrow, with two small chickens instead of turkey. I want to roast both of the chickens at once since I'll be busy preparing other things. At what temperature and for how long would you roast two 2-lb chickens for? I'm guessing it should be less than the cooking time for one 4-lb chicken, since the meat on each bird isn't as thick, but I've never cooked two at once before. I really need to not screw this up. Any help appreciated!
