OK - I know this is more than likely NOT the forum for such a posting but I will see if the holiday spirit prevails and forge ahead nonetheless.....
I am not a fish fan, (although I adore sushi go figure) and I rarely order it when I dine out.
BUT I do love roasted monkfish. In fact I just had a stellar meal at Oceanside (I believe thats the name of the place) in Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica (next to Shutters).
So can anyone recommend a good recipe for monkfish? Or better yet, offer some good monkfish roasting tips and I can conjure up a sauce, etc. I am just fearful of creating a mushy fishy mess.
