Anybody have any guesses as to a recipe for the roast stuffed veal from Dominick's on Arthur Ave in the the Bronx? Nowhere here in Los Angeles has anything like it, so I want to attempt something similar myself.
I believe it's veal breast stuffed with some sort of sausage & bread stuffing. I remember peas involved somewhere, but that may be the gravy.
Not sure that I can find veal breast easily, so may substitute pork shoulder, but would love to approximate the stuffing and gravy if anyone has an idea of the what the recipe might be.
