I work for a caterer in san francisco. In the last week we have had three brides request whole roast pig! I've been doing this for 30 years, and no one has ever asked before. What is up? I asume I should just buy them from somewhere-- does anyone have a suggestion? Are there traditional things I should serve with it? If I should just pass along the whole job- does anyone know a caterer who does this type of party well?
