i know this is dumb but i just haven't learned this yet. Roast beef: about to make my second one. This time it's for 20 people so i have about 11 pounds. i cut it in half to put in two pans but will roast them at the same time. When you time it out in minutes per pound, would I calculate it as 11 pounds or as 5.5? See? simple but i'm stymied here. Give a guy a break and tell him what to do. Thanks, chows!
