The Roast Beef Chronicles (July version)

This is admittedly a dumb-ass question for mid-july
but where can you get a great piece of prime rib?
Tried the flavor-challanged but tender chain beef @ Outback
but feel like I''VE been injected with hormones afterwards!
Had a nearly great NY sirloin @ Cap Grill Newton
texture was perfect just lacking a little of that old fashoned mineral kind of hit. and they don't do roast beef,
Durgan P. used to make a humongus portion of RB,
Extra points for out of the way, distinctive, non-Ruth Chris chain type places. (does Abe & Louie do one?)
I'd like it to be perfectly seasoned (in a perfect world)
but I've actually been known bring along a clove of garlic when hunting the Great Roast Beast and season it myself!
no vampires stealing your leftovers either : )
