Hello Buffalonians, a few of the boys are coming to your beautiful city to watch the Sabres and Leafs game Saturday and were looking for some awesome fun dinner recommendations... Something close to the First Niagara Centre would be ideal... Beers, Beef on Weck, steak or wings!! We're not picky on what we eat, just want something that is stand out awesome with a great atmosphere, close to the arena!

Helps if you put a location in your original post. Then nobody who has a clue where you are talking about has to respond.
If you want the Beef on Weck experience in Buffalo, go to Schwabl's. They have been doing it since 1837, have been featured on the "Best thing I ever had to eat" on Food Network, and are worth the drive. Of course, if you want to go to the birth place of Buffalo chicken wings, there is always the Anchor Bar, the genesis. But in fact the wings are nothing special; No different than you can get in most bars in America. But it's history.
C'mon people of Buffalo... You must be able help a bunch of lost Canadians find somewhere good to eat...
