Road Trip to Santa Barbara

lachica | Oct 9, 200308:15 PM     6

Hello all,

My husband & I are planning a take our in-laws on a little tour to the Santa Barbara area. This will be the in-laws first visit to SB, so would like your recommendations on the following:

1. Breatfast recommendations...one enroute from LA to SB wine country and one in SB (we'll be staying near the main drag on State St)

2. A dinner recommendation in the Buellton/Los Olivos area

3. A nice dinner recommendation in SB (BTW a good rec with a nice view would be awesome)

4. A great deli enroute to stock up for a picnic (the alternative is stopping by Bay Cities for some provisions)

5 Favorite SB area winery recommendations

Guidelines: $$$ not an issue. Cuisines to avoid- sushi, japanese, and anything too adventurous. Gracias all!
