Were driving from Tucson (where we are being entertained & thus don't get to pick where we eat) to Flagstaff, spending two nights there and then on the Tusayan for a night and off to Vegas for two. Any suggestion on where to eat will be appreciated. This is a low budget trip containing a vegetarian. We'd love off the beaten path gems if you've got them! Thanks again.
