I was clued in to this new restaurant in the sleepy village of Athens by a post on CH that has mysteriously disappeared. Perhaps it was spam, but whatever, I am grateful for the information as I otherwise would not have heard of it. We tried it last Friday, and were very impressed.
The country pate, escargots, short rib bourguignon and coq au vin were all delicious. There is a nice selection of wines and beers, and atmosphere and service were very pleasant. A full report is on my blog:
