After a 6 months hiatus. Tonight, our party of 5 dropped by this forgotten star for a long overdue re-visit. Our stellar meal featured dishes that were close to flawlessly prepared and executed. Yes, the food was THAT TASTY AND GOOD!
From the piping hot, full of ' wok-hay ' sauteed yellow fin garoupa filet to the amazingly crunchy and savory, salted duck egg yolk batter of the 'ginomous', bouncy tiger prawns to the perfectly seared and caramelized medium rare filet mignon cubes that was kissed with a gorgeous butter and Maggi sauce glaze. Every offering placed on our table were all praiseworthy! Even the complimentary dessert of 'Papaya, almond and Snow fungus soup' was a few notches above the usual mediocre norm of Red Bean Soup!
Result of this pleasurable meal has definitely propelled Ritzy Palace back to close to the top of my favorite Canto-Restaurant list!
