Want to look for a more than worthy replacement for 'Judy Cuisine's' infamous wok-hay dish - Stirred fry beef with Chinese Kale ( Gai Lan )?? Take a look or better still, go try out this dish ( kicked up a bit with a touch of Taiwanese Satay sauce ) at 'Ritzy Palace.' Excellently done!
Their Soup-of-the-day: Black eye beans, peanuts, pork and chicken feet was sooo flavorful, creamy and dense! Even a patient, domestic version at home might not create a better result?
My kids wanted a crispy Seafood Chow-mien. And that was done a notch above the rest. Huge size scallops and king prawns were used!
