Ritz Prime Rib Hash

I am pretty sure I remember enough of this, but just wanted to see if anyone else out there does. I recall the old Ritz running a lunch/brunch item that was the lefrover prime rib, ground up, mixed with potatoes into a hash, and then served with a well of bordelaise in the middle. Does anyone remember this and have any other details to share? it would be appreciated.
