Just a reminder that the Rittenhouse Row Festival is tomorrow, May 10, from noon-5pm rain or shine. Walnut Street between Broad and 19th, and throughout Rittenhouse Square.
Last year there were some good Chow highlights, including the $2 Le Bec Fin pastry samples. Although now that Capogiro has $5 full-size Le Bec Fin pastries I don't know if the $2 samples are the best value anymore.
Most restaurants tend to have $4-6 food items, which range from a 'small taste' size from their normal menu to a special item made just for the festival (Happy Rooster I think had a "fois gras & apple-smoked sausage corndog" last year) to a full-size hoagie.
Arrive hungry! There are also 4 or 5 stages with live music, dance, etc.
