Can someone please tell me if self rising flour is the same as self rising cake flour? I can't seem to find any self rising flour marked cake flour. The King Arthur self rising flour says it can be used for cakes as well as other baked goods. But the Swansdown cake flour I use does not mention anything about being self rising. Nigella Lawson always specifies self rising cake flour in her recipes, and every one I've tried using the self rising flour doesn't seem to get as high as it should. Thanks so much!
