Ripening Kiwis

I buy kiwis at Costco in a 4lb container. That's about 16-18 kiwis. Normally, about 1/3 are beginning to ripen and the rest could be used in a stone fight. Does anyone have a good method for ripening kiwis in less than 10+ days?
