My neighborhood Mexican grocery store, Rincon Latino, has just opened a Cocina (kitchen) next door and towards the back of the parking lot. Just a small space with a window looking into the kitchen space where they put things together. Maybe also where they make tortillas? The grocery store now stocks tortillas with their name on them. Bought some today - they were still warm - 50 ct. for $2.29 Maybe a bit thinner than some and tender - good but I still like the deeper corn flavor of La Finca for store bought ones.
