Rigatoni, Vodka sauce, and...?

celeryleaf | Oct 16, 201806:54 PM     5

Hello All!

Just made some rigatoni with vodka sauce last night and it was amazing. I use the Bon Appetit recipe as a base because of how easy yet delicious it is. Whenever I make it I add different stir ins, this past time I added sliced roasted yellow squash, minced Kalamata olives, a little bacon fat, and shrimp. It was divine.

When you all make pasta alla vodka sauce, or really any pasta for that matter, what are your favorite additions?

I’m always looking to change it up and try a new take.

Cheers!

Rigatoni with Easy Vodka Sauce Recipe

It's creamy. It's cheesy. It's tangy. And it's about to be your new favorite pantry pasta.
