I have searched high and low for a recipe for making my own rice noodles (funn). I have tried some recipes using a rice flour batter that you steam. They taste grainy and raw, even testing a bunch of different flours and ratios. I have read in a few cookbooks that Funn is made by soaking rice in "river water." Not quite enough for me to go on. Anyone have any ideas?
