Has anyone been to Riccardo's on North Clark (the old Via Emilia)? Any suggestions or comments are most welcome.

We used to like Via Emilio when it first opened--some of the best vitello tonato ever, but then it got americanized. Hoping the spirit still lives on in the space. I've read some intriguing reviews on-line but nothing from the chowhounders? Anyone?
