Are these ribs safe to eat?

tripawd | Jun 21, 201506:41 PM

For the first time I cooked beef ribs on the gas grill. I left them on the grill for 5-7 minutes before they caught on fire, I have never cooked ribs on the grill before. I tested the internal temp of the ribs and they were above 145 degrees and the exterior of the meat was charred bad. Are these ribs safe to eat even if they only cooked for 5-7 minutes?
