Ribs left on counter too long?

I planned to smoke some baby back ribs today so I took a cryovac sealed slab out of the freezer yesterday and put them in the sink at 3pm. Totally forgot about them until 10pm-ish and put them in the fridge overnight. They were still sealed but appeared to be room temp to the touch. I opened them up today and they passed the smell test, they are on the smoker now and will be for 4-5 hours total. Im second guessing myself now if I should feed them to the fam. Thing they are safe? Thanks.
