What to do with ribeye trimmings?

I made Philly Cheesesteaks last night from some very thin ribeyes and I was wondering what to do with the trimmings. It's mostly fat, but there is some meat where it was hard to get real close. Can I use it for broth or stock or something? I hate to just throw it away if there's something I can do with them.
