I picked up the first rhubarb I saw at Berkeley Bowl on Saturday. So now I'm wondering if I can cadge some ideas for its use.
I plan to use some to stew and eat with meusli for breakfast with yoghurt. I had this in Melbourne, Aus and really loved it.
However...were there any threads about using rhubarb for that cake that was so popular last summer? Can't remember the guy who's name was attached. Ah the fleetingness of fame.
