Review of Thuet in Toronto Star Today

William | Mar 26, 2005 09:42 AM

The Star reviewed Thuet Cuisine today (besides some glaring mistakes in the article - calling it "Cuisine Thuet" instead of "Thuet Cuisine", Calling the Food Network show that they will be featured on "Opening Night" instead of "Opening Soon" and spelling Thuets wifes name two different way withing the same review....) it was a mostly positive review - 3.5 out of 4 stars.

Sounds like they have some real unique things on the menu that I am not sure I am adventurous enough to eat - "the squab terrine (pigeon) is a heart wrapped in duck fat. Four ventricles are filled with meat lubricated by buttery black truffle".. But I guess that is more his Alsation menu..
