I went to THOR last night and we were seated right away
and found the hostess to be very friendly.
The restaurant is attractive...but not nearly as attractive as the crowd.
Almost everyone was beautiful, smartly dressed and almost total hipster overload.
As for the food, we ordered the Hamachi appetizer, which was good, albeit tiny. My companion ordered the Gnocchi, which was melt in your mouth delicate and very good.
I had the Beef tenderloin, which was definitely not the best I've had. I had to send it back because it did not arrive the way I had ordered it.
My companion had the Monkfish, which was delicious.
(I wish I had ordered that.) Oh well.
We got a side of mushroom Risotto...and that was good,
but not fantastic.
For dessert we had the chocolate Lollipops...yummy, but
kind of small for two to share.
Overall, I would go there again, but the portions are
on the small side, so keep that in mind.
Note: Very good service from our waiter.
