Review sites: counter service vs table service

Restaurant Review Sites & Apps

Why is it so hard to use the major restaurant review sites (Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) to search for counter-service places, as opposed to table-service places?

This seems like a pretty basic differentiator, and nearly every time I go searching for something in a new place, I have one or the other in mind. Yet, I haven't found a good way to distinguish on any of the sites, besides filtering by, say, price level and looking at every listing individually.

Any suggestions?

Because people go there for the food, not because of how it's served up?? I can't recall if the detail page for each place includes a 'table service' yes/no, but that could be a great suggestion fof Yelp anyway.
