Review: Pizzeria Bianco - Phoenix

Darrin Chandler | Aug 12, 2005 01:28 PM

After wanting to go for a long time, my wife and I finally made it last night.

We arrived somewhere between 5:30 and 6:00 and were told the wait was 45 minutes. It turned out to be closer to 20 minutes.

The service was great, the little cheese/ham rollup appetizer was very tasty, the crusty bread was wonderful, and our "Sonny Boy" pizza was a nice blend of flavors on a perfect crust.

It's so nice when a place lives up to expectations. It's a very rare experience for me. It was also a nice touch that Chris Bianco stopped and thanked us for coming.

I definately want to go back and try the rest of the menu!
