I tried the new crepe place that opened a few weeks ago on P Street near Dupont. It seems to be getting a lot of business. So they have an incredibly long menu with an impressive array of available toppings (including all combinations of various fruits, nutella, chocolate, ricotta, chestnut cream, etc.) I ordered a savory crepe and though I was disappointed that it wasn't served in buckwheat batter, they do offer plain or "whole wheat" batter. They also offer your choice of 5 different cheese options (swiss, jack, feta, cheddar, and one other one) with the savory crepes. I ordered swiss, mushroom, and spinach and it was good. Fresh veggies, served hot, not much more to ask for. They also serve the crepes folded up in a hand-holdable configuration, which I prefer to the folded-in-half option. I would definitely return.
