More help for another returning Bostonian

I read the thread below, and have the Fried Clams and Pizza pretty well figured out. I was surprised that I didn't see Angie's mentioned. In previous trips to Boston, I've always found the fried clams and onion rings there very good.

CHINESE FOOD: I'm coming from San Francisco, so I can get very good Chinese food from a variety of cuisines. However, what I can't find is "Boston Chinese Food". Things like Lobster Chinese Style, Egg Roll, Spare Ribs with Duck Sauce. All my old haunts in Chinatown seem to be gone. I have found good food of this style at South Pacific in Newton Centre and Kowloon in Saugus. Are there any places in Chinatown or elsewhere that still do this style well.

JEWISH DELI: Where are the good ones these days? SF doesn't have very many at all. The last time I was in Boston all the old ones seem to have closed.

SUBMARINE SANDWICHES: When I was a teenager I practically lived on Santoro's subs, the kind with all the condiments spilling out of a good firm spuckie. Where can I get these now?

Thanks in advance for all your suggestions.
