Noodles are not bad, clearly homemade, but none of the preparations I've tried so far (beef stew, 3 flavor, shredded pork) had much flavor. I would recommend ordering the dan dan noodles, and dumping them into the very white peppery hot & sour soup.

Fish dumplings did not feature Chinese chives in the filling (like Dumpling House & Mandarin Deli), but Chinese celery & scallions. Liked it, but then again, I once ate an entire meal of nothing but pickled celery and rice.

Had to get an order of the pan-fried bao too. Crispy on the bottom, pillowy on top, hot & juicy pork & cabbage center. A sublime mess.
