Retro/Old School Italian-planning a "Rat Pack" dinner

NYCFORKER | Sep 10, 201402:25 PM     4

The last of our good friends is getting married so a bunch of us are heading to LV for a bachelor long weekend. For one of the nights, we would like to do a rat pack like dinner(black suits, white shirts, black ties) at an old school, leather banquet type italian. The alternative is a steak house (golden steer or the Barrymore?).
Does the Italian option exist? Willing to go off the strip and it's a meal for 10-12 people.

Thank you in advance and if you are feeling generous, I am also looking for ideas on:
hangover breakfasts/brunch
private sports book room to watch our alma matter's game that day-basically a private from with bar food, booze and cable
Over the top meal (not in a fancy way but more like Au Pied de Cochon or Joe Beef kinda way).
