Any way of restoring "old" links? (that is, before today)

Like many other regulars, I click on a toolbar link that I use to access the CH board of my choice, only to get a message saying "Sorry, there has been a slight problem..." Apparently, CH has rejiggered it's URLs for no appaernt reason and with no warning. I, and everybody else who uses such common short cuts, will have to reset their toolbar buttons. A minor hassle, but that's not my main concern. I am one of I'm quite sure a large percentage of CH regulars who link to interesting and informative threads, saving them in catagories. Restaurants by type, by region, cooking tips, good cookbooks, etc. Apparently, those links are now dead, and I feel like a fool for the time I've spent here. Am I wrong, or is there some way of restoring our links from before today? I don't think it's a "slight problem", I think it's a major one.
