I've lost 40lbs without giving up my Chowhound membership card. Last night was a good example- 22 oysters (each a different variety) at Shaffer City, no bread (they were out anyway) and two glasses of pinot gris. Then, an uni panini and jamon serrano panini at El Quinto Pino and another glass of white wine. Finally, two slices of pizza at Joe's and a Hershey bar for dessert. If you think about it, apart from the booze, it's not a lot of food or calories. Of course, that's all I ate for the entire day. Any other low carb/dietetic restaurants that are chow worthy?
