Because there will be four days of weekday chol hamo'ed this year, I suspect that more kosher restaurants than ever will open for Passover this year (the cost of rent in Manhattan doesn't hurt either). This works for me, because we are looking to have a birthday outing during Passover week. Hence the following two questions:
1) Can you name kosher restaurants (meat preferred) that will be open this year during chol hamo'ed?
2) Can you recommend any specific ones based on your prior years' experience?
I won't say that money is no object, but we know that this will cost. And if it matters, we eat gebrokts.
