I have a special bottle I would like to open soon and I would like to hear comments. I always bring a bottle to Valentino on special occasions, but also buy one there as well and offer Piero a taste of the bottle I brought (he always waves corkage).
But we're thinking of something other than Italian this time. I eaten at most of the places I'm thinking of going (Grace, A.O.C., etc.), but I am not sure how they (and others), think about corkage (I know, I know, Bastide is out).
