Restaurants in Estero/Ft Myers/Bonita Springs

My in laws just moved to Florida. We are going to visit for the first time in mid-March and are looking for one or two places for a date night while the grandparents watch the little ones.

I believe they are about 10 minutes from the Miromar Outlets so I guess 10 minutes from Estero, 20 minutes from Ft. Myers, and 20 minutes from Bonita Springs. I think Naples will be a bit far for us this time since we will probably have to do bedtime with the kids before we leave for dinner.

We would like a place with good food and service. It would be an added bonus if there was waterfront dining (but not necessary.) We eat pretty much anything and love seafood (we live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.) We tend to eat at local places, not chains. I guess we would just love a place to relax and have a leisurely, kid-free dinner.
