In two weeks, I'll be staying at Bellagio for 3 nights. Two of its restaurants are new to me since my last stay: Lago by Julian Serrano and Harvest.
Lago looks like a shared small plate format restaurant with Italian specialities. Harvest (chef and location from now closed Sensi) is the first fresh farm to table offering I've seen at a casino.
Any chowhounders been to either of these new places? Your evaluations and comments?
Thanks.
