Restaurant Week Tipping

Unfortunately, my wife and I can't take advantage of RW this time because she is out of town, but I just read an article about it that mentioned tipping.

One chef (Walter Staib) said that some people are tipping on the full value of the meal as opposed to the $30/pp (plus any wine/cocktails).

What have you all been doing?
