Restaurant Week at Prime Rib

We had a lovely Restaurant Week dinner at Prime Rib on Thursday night. The space is beautiful, and the service was excellent.
The Restaurant Week menu was placed prominently in the center of the regular menu.
My appetizer salad was delicious. My husband enjoyed his Caesar salad, and our friend liked his roasted tomato soup.
Three of us had the prime rib - 12oz., instead of their regular 24oz, and it's plenty - and I had the 8oz filet, which was as good as possible. Chicken and salmon were other menu choices.
Dessert was a good creme brulee, key lime cheesecake, or key lime pie.
Soft live piano music was in the background. The place was completely filled, but the sound level was fine for talking.
This is a retro kind of place - and a pleasure!

I'll mention that reliable friends loved the dinner at Founders at the Bellevue - they said great food, great service, gorgeous room, and many choices.
They also went to the Ritz, where they said the food was excellent and the service terrible.
