Found in the International Herald Tribune as part of a full page paid advertisement, The Gourmet`s Route.

(regarding the chef) There wasn`t a single iota of pomposity in his existence.

It appears to beven nonsensical to attempt to express how marvellous my dining experience was at...

However, I have to try, as I`m sick of receiving letters of complaint. (huh???)

It was quite easy to sense that XXXXXX`s dish pleased every tiniest cell consisted our tastebuds. The minutest capsules of flavours operated at an atomic level, creating a polished smoothness in the details of every mouthful."
