Restaurant L'Indocile (Hull-Gatineau)

Have been enjoying this restaurant for a couple of years and think it is time to share it with other chowhounds. Located on rue Montcalm close to St. Joseph Blvd. There is parking provided in a lot a half block away.
This is a "neighbourhood" resto. Very pleasant decor, good (not great) food and excellent value.
An example of menu: Salmon fillet (perfectly cooked as long as you askfor it rare) with a very nice mixture of assorted vegetables $10.95. Add $10.00 more and you get a choice of soup or salad ( I always order salad) which is way better than most- baby greens - nice light vinagrette) a choice of any appetizer off the menu, main course, dessert (they have an excellent creme brule) and coffee. The most expensive main course (filet minon) is $18,95. They have sweetbreads at 14.95 etc....While there are usually lots of full tables... my husband and I just want to make sure that this place can keep going. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
