Restaurant Name Has Nothing to do With The Food Served

Just a regular night in S Florida and the power went out about 5pm. About an hour and a half later still no power I figure I'd take myself out for dinner as it's not much fun sitting in the dark.

I take a drive through Delray Beach to Boca and I spot a restaurant in a strip mall that I've never noticed before, called Pasta Fever. I was really in the mood for pasta so this was perfect. It was small, I was seated quickly, was given a basket of warm bread and tapenade, some iced water and the menu.

I looked at both sides of the menu and couldn't see any pasta. The waitress came over to take my order and I asked if I was missing a menu because there was no pasta to be seen. She says, 'you'd think there would be pasta here with a name like Pasta Fever but we don't have any'. Umm ok .......... She gave me an explanation that the chef/owner removed pasta off the menu about a year ago but it was too expensive to change the name of the place.
I didn't stay because I wasn't in the mood for a $30 3 course set menu. It's certainly odd to name a place and not have what you'd expect it to have.
