Restaurant du Vieux Port review

Ralph | Jun 15, 2006 10:43 PM

Went out to Restaurant du Vieux Port last night.
http://www.restaurantduvieuxport.com
It is on St. Paul St. in Old Montreal.
They serve very good steak and seafood at reasonable prices, prices that will not break the bank.
I had eaten there a few years ago, and had sat in the main level last time I was there.

We sat upstairs, and the decor is amazing. A very nice rustic charm, with exposed rock walls throughout.

I had the Filet Mignon. Very tender and juicy. My date had the Bavette du Boeuf (flank steak).
We both had Caesar salads.

Bill was $60, as we don't drink alcohol.
