Just got back from Charleston and ate in what I thought was one of the best restaurants in Charleston. Everything we had was delicious. Some examples:
She Crab Raviolo...Lumpcrab,sweet onionpuree,sherry, celery leaf emulsion appetizer
Scrambled & seared New England scallops, leeks, fingerling potatoes, crispy pepperoni...main course
Sounds like there are too many ingredients. Not so.
Room is lovely. Service excellent. Not cheap, but worth it.
Best part... we were staying at the French Quarter Inn which was also great . Tristan is in the inn.
